Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the marketing quality assurance strategy, governance model, standards, checklists, and operating procedures across all regions and channels.
- Own end-to-end QA for websites, landing pages, emails, WhatsApp and SMS communications, paid media, social content, CRM journeys, marketing automation, creative assets, forms, and campaign tracking.
- Convert campaign briefs, brand standards, compliance requirements, and technical specifications into risk-based test plans, acceptance criteria, test cases, and release sign-off requirements.
- Validate content accuracy, offer terms, disclaimers, translations, links, forms, tracking parameters, audience logic, consent controls, personalization, device responsiveness, and cross-browser performance before launch.
- Establish clear approval workflows and release gates with Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Product, Technology, and regional stakeholders, ensuring evidence and approvals are complete and auditable.
- Lead functional, regression, integration, usability, accessibility, localization, and user-acceptance testing for marketing platforms and customer-facing digital experiences.

- Introduce appropriate test automation and monitoring for high-volume, repeatable checks such as links, forms, tracking, rendering, content consistency, and campaign configuration.
- Manage, coach, and develop QA specialists or coordinators, allocate testing capacity, and maintain consistent standards across business units and regional teams.
- Partner with marketing operations and technology teams to strengthen production processes, reduce manual errors, and embed quality controls earlier in campaign planning and delivery.

- Demonstrated experience testing integrated marketing campaigns and customer journeys across various platforms including web, CRM, email, mobile messaging, and paid media.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, defect management, regression testing, release governance, and risk-based prioritization.
