QA (Quality Assurance) - UAT- Jira Xray Test

About the Role
We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) professional with expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support our banking operations in the UAE. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the quality and functionality of our systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system and process changes.
• Coordinate and support UAT with business teams and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Track, classify, and manage defects through resolution.
• Ensure traceability between Business Requirement Documents (BRD), solution design, and test scenarios.
• Provide real-time testing support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT cycles.
• Utilize Jira Xray Test Management for testing processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in QA and UAT within the banking sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with software testing tools and methodologies.
