About the Role
We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) specialist with a focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support our banking operations in the UAE. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and performance of our systems through various phases of testing, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with both business teams and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system and process changes.
Coordinate and support UAT with business teams and IT stakeholders.
Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing.
Track, classify, and manage defects through resolution.
Ensure traceability between Business Requirements Document (BRD), solution design, and test scenarios.
Provide real-time testing support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT cycles.
Utilize Jira Xray Test Management for tracking and reporting.

Requirements

Strong experience in preparing and executing test plans and test cases.
Familiarity with UAT processes and managing stakeholder involvement.
Proficient in various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
Excellent defect management skills to ensure timely resolution.
Ability to maintain traceability between business requirements and testing efforts.
Experience with Jira Xray Test Management tool is essential.
