Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Designing and maintaining test frameworks that align with product goals.
- Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality standards across all platforms.
- Leading the automation of testing processes using the latest tools and technologies.
- Establishing QA metrics to track progress and measure success.
- Instilling a security-first mindset within the team to protect our products from potential threats.
- Staying informed about the latest trends in QA and test automation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, continuous integration, and delivery practices.
- Experience with low-code automation platforms and AI-based testing tools.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What’s Good To Have:
- Experience in the fintech industry or with financial trading platforms.
- Certifications in software testing or agile methodologies.
- Technical skills outside the test automation domain, such as Linux system administration or database administration.
