You will develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts such as test data, data validation scripts, harness scripts, and automated scripts. Executing and evaluating automated test cases, you will report results while identifying potential quality issues through defined processes and escalating them as necessary.
In this role, you will assist in ensuring that all testing processes are well-defined, planned, and executed, making sure that every phase and feature of the software solution meets design specifications and requirements. Collaboration with developers and users will be essential for optimizing testing, defect isolation, and tracking. You will be responsible for identifying potential issues and ensuring their resolution prior to the product going live.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology, including a minimum of 5 years in quality assurance/testing roles.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA, CAST, or CMSQ are preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of a range of automated tools suitable for Digital Applications, including mobile and platform applications in core banking and cards.
- Experience in SIT, API testing, UAT, and Automation is essential.
- Proficiency in common programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, Acceptance, and Performance testing, as well as APIs and Microservices.
- Skilled in development, scripting, and frameworks such as Quality Gating, TDD, BDD, Agile, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Reliability Engineering.
