The successful candidate will develop and implement project-specific Quality Plans while maintaining compliance with established guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Plans, ITPs, and Method Statements.
- Conduct inspections for materials, works, and installations in accordance with project specifications and international standards.
- Review and verify material submittals, test reports, and certifications for compliance.
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and client requirements.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and third-party laboratories for inspections and testing.
- Identify non-conformances, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, including inspection records, test results, and reports.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure resolution of findings.
- Assist the Project Manager/Quality Manager in ensuring project handover documentation (QA/QC dossiers, as-built records, etc.) is complete.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across project teams.
Requirements
- A background in civil engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance/quality control within water infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of ITPs, QA/QC procedures, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
