About the Role
As a QHSE Lead Auditor, you will play a crucial role in assessing compliance and promoting continuous improvement within the organization. You will manage the audit process, ensure adherence to ISO standards, and collaborate with various teams to enhance QHSE practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead and conduct internal and external QHSE audits in accordance with applicable ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, organizational policies and contractual obligations.
  • Develop annual audit plans, audit schedules, checklists and compliance assessment frameworks.
  • Identify non-conformities, operational risks and areas for improvement, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports, compliance dashboards and management review presentations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of QHSE management systems and support certification and surveillance audits.
  • Collaborate with operational teams, contractors and service providers to strengthen compliance and audit readiness.
  • Conduct QHSE awareness sessions and promote a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in QHSE, including experience conducting and leading management system audits.
  • Certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (IRCA or CQI-recognised certification preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of QHSE management systems, audit methodologies, risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in Facilities Management, Engineering Operations, Construction or large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • Proven experience managing non-conformities, corrective actions, compliance monitoring and audit reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
  • NEBOSH, IOSH or additional QHSE certifications are advantageous.

Candidates with experience auditing integrated management systems across complex, multi-site operations will be preferred.
