Quality Analyst (QA) Application Tester – Banking Channels & UAT

Dautom is seeking a Quality Analyst - Application Tester with expertise in Banking Channels and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role is remote, with candidates based in Dubai preferred. The primary responsibility is to conduct end-to-end testing of digital banking solutions and transaction channels, ensuring quality and reliability for corporate customers.

Role Overview:

• Perform UAT testing for banking channels, including web, mobile, file uploads, and host-to-host (H2H) systems.
• Test transactions, including WPS, LCY/FCY payroll, vendor payments, utility bills, and deal rate transactions.
• Validate dashboard widgets, beneficiary file uploads, signatory mapping, and T24 sanity.
• Create and execute test cases aligned with business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications documents (FSDs).
• Ensure functional testing of new systems/processes, focusing on end-user experience.
• Collaborate with business, product, tech, and operations teams.
• Track defects using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps, and provide daily test status reports.
• Support Agile sprints and continuous delivery cycles.

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of experience in transaction or corporate banking application testing.
• Strong UAT and functional testing expertise, especially in payments, file uploads, and dashboards.
• Proficient in manual testing; automation experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with T24, payment gateways, and digital channels.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall models.
