Quality Assurance Analyst

The company is seeking a Senior Automation Tester with 6-8 years of experience to lead QA automation for healthcare web applications, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), patient portals, and telemedicine solutions. The role involves architecting frameworks, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain Selenium WebDriver frameworks (POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid)
• Create, review, and automate test cases (functional, regression, integration)
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab/Azure)
• Generate metrics-driven test reports

Required Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in Selenium WebDriver
• Expertise in designing, writing, and automating complex test scenarios
• Experience with TestNG / JUnit for test execution and assertions
• Familiarity with Maven / Gradle for build and dependency management
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python (including collections, exceptions, file handling)
• API automation and validation using REST Assured / Postman
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration using Jenkins / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in version control with Git (branching, merging, pull requests)
• SQL knowledge for database validation of healthcare records
• Experience with test reporting and logging tools like Extent Reports / Allure
• Familiarity with defect tracking and agile management using JIRA / Azure Boards

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of QA experience
• Arabic Speaking (Mandatory)
• Proven framework design from scratch
• Agile/Scrum expertise
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the healthcare domain (EHR / EMR / billing / patient portals)
• Understanding of HIPAA or GDPR data privacy compliance
• Experience using anonymized/synthetic patient test data
