Quality Assurance Engineer - Arabic Speaking

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer who speaks Arabic and has 2–7 years of experience, particularly in Open Banking projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, digital banking, fintech, or Open Banking/PSD2 environments.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive testing for Open Banking features across web, mobile, and backend services.
• Perform API testing, including validation of payloads, headers, OAuth2 flows, token management, and error responses.
• Use and manage the CBUAE Open Banking/Open Finance Sandbox for testing, onboarding, test data setup, and environment configuration.
• Ensure requirements traceability and maintain well-structured test cases, results, and documentation.
• Coordinate and obtain formal reviews, stakeholder approvals, and signoffs at key testing stages.
• Log defects clearly and manage their lifecycle through to resolution.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end validation activities.
• Ensure testing and documentation comply with regulatory, security, and audit governance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, quality practices, and delivery efficiency.
