Position

The company combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, which includes major mixed-use developments featuring sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and associated infrastructure. The role involves providing administrative support to the quality assurance team and includes the following responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality assurance (QA) plans, procedures, and inspection and test plans (ITPs) aligned with the company standards and client requirements.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards across civil, utilities, and infrastructure packages.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and surveillance to ensure works are delivered in accordance with QA/QC procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage non-conformance processes (NCRs), ensuring timely identification, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and close-out.
  • Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and quality documentation prior to construction activities.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams, contractors, and stakeholders to embed a proactive quality culture and drive right-first-time delivery.

Requirements:

  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the consultancy sector.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams and developing relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations that affect project outlooks.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
