The role involves providing administrative support to the quality assurance team and includes the following responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality assurance (QA) plans, procedures, and inspection and test plans (ITPs) aligned with the company standards and client requirements.
- Monitor contractor compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards across civil, utilities, and infrastructure packages.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and surveillance to ensure works are delivered in accordance with QA/QC procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Manage non-conformance processes (NCRs), ensuring timely identification, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and close-out.
- Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and quality documentation prior to construction activities.
- Coordinate with delivery teams, contractors, and stakeholders to embed a proactive quality culture and drive right-first-time delivery.

Requirements:
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the consultancy sector.
- Proven experience in infrastructure project management expertise.
- Commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams and developing relationships with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations that affect project outlooks.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
