We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to focus on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The successful candidate will lead the QA effort for Oracle EBS HRMS implementations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- QA Leadership: Lead the QA team in testing Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Performance Management. Develop and execute QA strategies, plans, and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, implementation, and business stakeholders.
- Test Planning and Execution: Develop and review test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Execute testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing. Identify, document, and track defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- QA Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct regular QA metrics and reporting to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate QA risks and issues.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor QA team members, providing guidance and coaching. Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to team member development plans. Collaborate with other team leads to ensure alignment and effective teamwork.
Requirements:
- Experience in QA, with at least 3-4 years focused on Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing QA processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Performance Management.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
