Quality Assurance Manager

About the Job: POWERTECH is a center of excellence for propulsion technologies, specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines, and turbofan engines for a wide range of aerospace, defense, and autonomous applications, including fixed- and rotary-wing UAVs and other advanced platforms. In this role, you will lead quality assurance activities for assembly processes, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise quality inspection team.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with AS9100.
• Analyze quality data and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace quality assurance.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO standards.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
