Quality Assurance Test Lead

The company is seeking a Quality Assurance Test Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Saudi Payments on the Cortex platform (Emcrey) and will possess a strong knowledge of SADAD, SARIE, MADA, IPI, SWIFT, and Bill Payments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and new requirements.
• Ensure adherence to test processes and quality standards.
• Facilitate daily defect discussions and provide detailed test reporting.
• Measure metrics and implement management reporting.

Qualifications:

• Test leadership experience in the banking/payments domain.
• Ability to manage team workload, testing metrics, and the defect life cycle.
• Strong coordination skills with business users and stakeholders.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time position, on-site work in Riyadh.
