Quality Assurance Test Lead

the company is seeking a Quality Assurance Test Lead with hands-on expertise in Saudi Payments on the Cortex platform (Emcrey). The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of SADAD, SARIE, MADA, IPI, SWIFT, and Bill Payments, along with test leadership experience in the banking/payments domain.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Saudi Payments on Cortex platform (Emcrey)
• Strong knowledge of SADAD, SARIE, MADA, IPI, SWIFT & Bill Payments
• Test leadership experience in the banking/payments domain
• Ability to manage team workload, testing metrics, and defect lifecycle
• Strong coordination skills with business users and stakeholders

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance
• Track milestones, deliverables, and new requirements
• Ensure adherence to test processes and quality standards
• Conduct daily defect discussions and provide detailed test reporting
• Measure metrics, implement, and manage reporting
