Role Summary
You will serve as a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking (IBMB) platforms, with a focus on localization, regional compliance, and Arabic UI/UX.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate Right-to-Left (RTL) layout rendering and ensure flawless Arabic language localization across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
- Execute usability and omnichannel integration testing to guarantee consistent customer journeys.
- Audit digital builds against CBUAE accessibility and customer protection mandates prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Core Skill Set
- Deep knowledge of mobile ecosystems
- Proficient in UI/UX testing
- Familiar with localization/internationalization frameworks
- Fluent in Arabic and English banking terminology
Experience Requirements
- 5–8 years in mobile/digital banking Quality Assurance (QA).
Preferred Certifications
- Mobile Application Testing (CMAP)
- ISTQB Foundation
