Job Role: Digi-Tester (Arabic IBMB SME)
Work Location: Onsite - Sharjah
Notice Period: Immediate – 30 Days
Role Summary:
As a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking (IBMB) platforms, you will specialize in localization, regional compliance, and Arabic UI/UX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate Right-to-Left (RTL) layout rendering and flawless Arabic language localization across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.
- Execute usability and omnichannel integration testing to ensure consistent customer journeys.
- Audit digital builds against CBUAE accessibility and customer protection mandates prior to UAT.
Core Skill Set:
- Deep mobile ecosystem knowledge
- UI/UX testing
- Localization/internationalization frameworks
- Fluent in Arabic and English banking terminology
Years of Experience: 5–8 years in mobile/digital banking QA.
Preferred Certifications:
- Mobile Application Testing (CMAP)
- ISTQB Foundation
