About the Role
As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will oversee and guide a team of quality inspectors, ensuring compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for task assignment, monitoring daily activities for productivity, and providing necessary training and feedback to your team. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the production team to maintain smooth operations, lead investigations related to manufacturing quality issues, and drive cross-functional improvement projects aimed at eliminating waste and enhancing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide quality inspectors.
- Assign tasks, monitor daily activities, and ensure team productivity.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Attend pre-inspection meetings with customers.
- Manage punch list closure meetings with customers.
- Ensure the completeness and timely delivery of quality records according to applicable requirements.
- Partner with production to ensure compliance with applicable procedures.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to manufacturing quality issues.
- Monitor quality control metrics and take action on observations/punch lists found during execution phases.
- Drive cross-functional improvement projects to eliminate waste and improve operational processes.
- Lead quality toolbox awareness sessions for production teams.
- Ensure effective implementation of Quality Control processes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and rotating equipment.
- Experience leading a team of quality inspectors.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification.
- Ability to work in a global environment.
- Excellent functional/technical skills, customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
