Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve quality initiatives for Fisher Control Valves across the MEA region, aligned with Business Unit and global quality strategy.
  • Sustain and enhance the quality of products and services delivered to customers, ensuring consistent compliance and performance.
  • Identify, interpret, and implement customer‑specific quality standards and requirements to support business growth.
  • Maintain, improve, and govern regional Quality Management Systems in line with the company and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and FCV Operational Excellence requirements.
  • Plan, develop, and optimise quality resources to meet current and long‑term regional needs.
  • Define and deploy supply chain quality development strategies in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Strengthen quality assurance processes across the full value chain, from suppliers through manufacturing and service.
  • Lead customer satisfaction improvement programmes using performance metrics and structured feedback.
  • Ensure timely review, resolution, and corrective action for customer quality claims.
  • Support and advance Industry 4.0 and intelligent automation initiatives within quality functions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define, monitor, and achieve quality objectives for Flow Controls in alignment with business priorities.
  • Provide extended quality support to sales channels, helping to enhance customer confidence and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
  • Extensive experience working with Quality Management Systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO standards, PED directives, ATEX, ASME, and ISA codes.
  • Practical understanding of casting, forging, welding, machining, and painting processes.
  • Practical knowledge of materials, non‑destructive examination (NDE), and control valve testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with employees, senior leadership, and customers.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant quality or engineering experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Product knowledge of control valves, actuation, and instrumentation.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications such as ASNT Level II or III, CSWIP, or similar recognised credentials.
