Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing engineering procure construct tendering and project execution phases.
- Verifying that contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Establishing and executing project quality plans, witness points, and quality records to ensure compliance with contracts.
- Ensuring that customer quality requirements and Feedback of Experience (FOE)/Lessons Learned are incorporated into tender proposals to prevent deviations and improve execution processes.
- Detecting and signalling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes while suggesting improvements.
- Managing communication with colleagues and the business regarding data gathering and analysis.
- Contributing as a team member on projects with work goals typically set to be completed within 1-3 months, with immediate or short-term results.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in quality.
- Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, equipment reliability, maintenance quality, or field service quality within the manufacturing industry.
- Be capable of interpreting technical drawings, inspection reports, and quality documentation to support risk-based decisions.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, auditing, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to drive corrective actions across cross-functional teams.
- Exhibit a commitment to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, compliance, operational discipline, service quality, defect prevention, and continuous improvement in pressure pumping operations.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare clear reports, articulate quality findings, and influence operational improvements.
