The company has been involved over the last 80 years in some of the world’s busiest and most complex airport projects. For the development of King Salman International Airport in Riyadh, we have been appointed to provide project management consultancy services. This airport will have a capacity of up to 120 million travelers by 2030 and 185 million travelers by 2050.

In this role, you will support in reviewing the contractors’ Quality Management System (QMS) related plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and other quality-related documents. You will also monitor non-conforming conditions, ensure effective corrective actions are taken, and participate in quality audits and surveillance.

Major Responsibilities

  • Prepare quality audit checklists and participate in audits for contractors and project quality programs.
  • Review nonconformities and ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Evaluate quality procedures for compliance and draft new procedures as needed.
  • Support root cause analyses and develop corrective action plans for quality issues.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on QMS requirements.
  • Maintain communication with client quality representatives and manage relationships.
  • Develop standardized quality metrics for performance monitoring and improvement.
  • Conduct quality surveillances on-site, documenting observations and non-conformances.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of experience as a Quality Specialist/Engineer, or 6-9 years of relevant quality work experience.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Technical knowledge in engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, and commissioning practices.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication in English.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications (e.g., BIM 360, Power BI, Microsoft Office).
  • ISO 9001 Certified for QMS Requirements is preferred.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Certified Auditor/Lead Auditor (IRCA approved) is required.
