As a Quant Research Analyst, you will lead the development of automated investment recommendation systems and create active multi-asset strategies. What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop automated analysis frameworks using fundamental analysis techniques across multiple asset classes.
- Collaborate with engineers to design, test, and refine algorithms for investment recommendations.
- Conduct hypothesis testing and backtesting to validate models.
- Integrate macroeconomic and sector-specific insights for contextualized advice.
- Construct multi-asset investment strategies with quantitative models.
- Work with UX/UI designers for user-friendly presentation of recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards surrounding investment advice.
What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of experience in quantitative investment research in equity or fixed income.
- Solid knowledge of quantitative and statistical tools for systematic investment decisions.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and assess valuation multiples.
- Educational background in STEM.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in manager selection, systematic bond portfolios, designing long-short strategies, and tactical asset allocation.
- CFA qualifications or significant progress toward certification.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required.
