Role Purpose:
The R2R Digital Transformation Lead will own implementations and operations, partnering with Finance teams and other functions in Shared Services to fulfill the business transformation needs of the ACTIIvate Program.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead teams during project preparation, blue printing, realization, go live, and hyper care phases of implementation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with functional owners, utilizing deep technical and process knowledge to drive engagement.
- Manage external implementation partners, software vendors, and service providers, including developing requests for proposals and project proposals.
- Exhibit broad project leadership that impacts significant technical direction, influencing change beyond the immediate team.
- Manage ongoing operations to ensure solutions perform as expected and exceed expectations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record in implementing SAP Finance for large global enterprises across multiple legal entities in complex systems and project environments.
- Strong understanding of R2R processes and capability to align business requirements with standard SAP processes with minimal or no customization.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance configuration/implementation, particularly in SAP General Ledger and Controlling, including integration with SAP Group Reporting.
- Experience with S4 HANA Central Finance is required.
- Familiarity with SAP MDG Finance and integrations with third-party tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of S4 HANA CDS views and reporting tools such as APF, Query Designer, AO is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies and SAP implementation methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with ambiguous and incomplete information.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills; adept at mediating differing viewpoints within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience working with decision-makers in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Excellent written, visual, and oral communication skills are essential.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience.
