The role combines hands-on field work at test ranges with data-driven analysis to inform the design, development/upgrade, integration, testing, operation, and support of REW systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Signal Processing, Electronic Warfare Engineering, or closely related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- More than 5 years of professional Radar and Electronic Warfare Systems Engineering experience covering requirements, design, development, integration, verification, and validation.
- Demonstrated experience performing EDA, descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis on EW and RF datasets.
- Field deployment experience and ability to plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities as well as collect, preprocess, and validate field data.
- Radar and Electronic Warfare algorithm implementation and evaluation experience in detection, classification, geolocation, beamforming, pulse/PRI analysis, and interference mitigation.
- Strong signal processing fundamentals and EW techniques.
- Strong programming skills and experience developing analysis tools and automation in Python, MATLAB, Julia, or C/C++.
- Demonstrated experience producing technical reports and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
