Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Signal Processing, Electronic Warfare Engineering, or a closely related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- More than 5 years of professional experience in Radar and Electronic Warfare Systems Engineering, covering requirements, design, development, integration, verification, and validation.
- Demonstrated experience performing exploratory data analysis (EDA), descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis on EW and RF datasets.
- Field deployment experience with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities, as well as collect, preprocess, and validate field data (real-time analysis under operational constraints).
- Experience in radar and electronic warfare algorithm implementation and evaluation, including detection, classification, geolocation, beamforming, pulse/PRI analysis, and interference mitigation.
- Strong signal-processing fundamentals (Fourier/time-frequency analysis, detection/estimation, classification, direction finding, Doppler processing) and EW techniques (ES/EA/EP).
- Proficient programming skills in Python, MATLAB, Julia, or C/C++; experience with machine learning libraries, signal processing toolkits, and visualization tools.
- Proven ability to produce technical reports, present findings, and deliver briefings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced operational environment.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into concise recommendations.
- Experience with Model-based Systems Engineering.
- Background in airborne, naval, or tactical ground EW deployments.
- Familiarity with EW toolchains/simulation environments and threat emulators.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot EW test equipment and lab instruments.
- Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
- Understanding of RF propagation modeling.
