Responsibilities:
- Execute radar system commissioning, including Setting to Work, FAT, SAT, and environmental/EMI-EMC testing.
- Perform field operations and integration activities to support on-site engineering tasks.
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting of complex hardware/software, RF, power, and network issues.
- Validate system performance under operational conditions and analyze radar logs and signal data using automation and analysis tools (Python, MATLAB, Julia).
- Prepare technical documentation, test plans, procedures, and customer reports with high standards of clarity and rigor.
- Provide on-site integration, testing, and training support, with availability for travel to military bases and international locations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years in radar integration/field engineering.
- Extensive experience performing FAT/SAT, environmental, and EMI/EMC tests, as well as on-site system validation.
- Strong hands-on skills in system troubleshooting, integration, and data analysis (Python, MATLAB, etc.).
- Experience working directly with defense customers and understanding MIL-STD qualification processes.
- Proven ability to prepare technical documentation, test plans, and customer reports with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated capability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams (RF, hardware, software, systems) on complex field campaigns.
