Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform the integration, tuning, and testing of RF building blocks/products in line with procedures and quality standards.
  • Manage and lead the execution of near-field tuning and testing of AESA antennas in anechoic chambers, ensuring correct setup and calibration.
  • Oversee validation of antenna performance in the near-field environment and participate in troubleshooting near-field technical challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with software and hardware engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of products.
  • Ensure all testing and integration activities comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including test reports, issue tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Contribute actively to process improvements in tuning and testing procedures, driving efficiency and quality enhancements.
  • Act as a mentor and technical referent, guiding junior technicians in the execution of building blocks and antennas tests.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in RF products assembly, integration, and testing for defense and/or space applications.
  • Experience with RF solid-state power amplifiers, receivers, and near-field tests is a plus.

Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in RF measurement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep experience in microwave technologies (defense and/or space applications), especially in assembly, integration, and testing.
  • Good knowledge of power and RF test benches.
  • Ability to participate in technical troubleshooting campaigns and mentor junior technicians.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, identify anomalies, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Ability to drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficient in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
