Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform integration, tuning, and tests of RF building blocks/products in accordance with procedures and quality standards.
- Manage and lead the execution of near-field tuning and testing of AESA antennas in an anechoic chamber, ensuring they are properly set up and calibrated.
- Oversee the validation of antenna performance in near-field environments.
- Collaborate with the local technical referent and business line experts to troubleshoot technical challenges and propose process improvements.
- Work closely with software and hardware engineering teams for the smooth integration of product evolution or development.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements during testing and integration activities.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including test reports and performance analysis.
- Contribute to process improvements in tuning and testing procedures.
- Mentor and guide junior technicians in execution of building blocks and antennas tests.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in RF product assembly, integration, and tests for defense and/or space applications, with a focus on RF solid-state power amplifiers and receivers.
Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in RF measurement.
Preferred Skills:
- Deep experience with microwave technologies, especially in assembly, integration, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of power and RF test benches.
- Ability to participate in technical troubleshooting campaigns.
- Capability to lead and mentor junior technicians.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting test results and identifying anomalies.
- Focus on driving improvements in testing processes and methodologies.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
