Your Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the end-to-end RAN architecture and RF planning for both outdoor and indoor environments.
- Defining outdoor and indoor site requirements to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Designing and implementing capacity planning strategies for LTE and 5G RAN environments.
- Overseeing RAN performance KPIs and optimization strategies.
- Collaborating with core, transport, and OSS teams for full integration of RAN solutions.
- Supporting RAN deployment and operational readiness activities.
- Acting as the principal technical advisor for RAN planning and design.
Your Profile:
We seek a seasoned RAN expert with:
- 12+ years of experience in RAN planning, design, and optimization.
- Deep technical expertise in RF planning, propagation modelling, and optimization for various environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of LTE/5G RAN architecture and performance monitoring.
- Proven ability to define integration requirements between RAN, core, and transport domains.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
- Experience with enterprise or private LTE/5G networks, particularly in the KSA or wider Middle East region is advantageous.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
