About the Job: This position is responsible for ensuring samples, setting up tests, conducting the tests, and preparing reports. Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time Responsibilities: - General: - Compliance with OHSMS requirements as per ISO 45001, EMS requirements as per ISO 14001, and QMS requirements as per ISO 9001 in the lab. - Ensure machine calibration and safety checks in the lab. - Manage machines and tools inventory in the lab. - Maintain 5S in the Test Lab. - Provide prompt feedback and corrective actions for deviations. - Manage manpower and document management for both soft and hard copy documents. - Adhere to the company's policies on equal opportunity and prevention of harassment & discrimination. - Demonstrate proactive attitudes and prompt execution of tasks. - Testing: - Knowledge of IEC 61439-1 & 6, UL 857, 60529 standards. - Create and update daily test plans. - Adhere strictly to test scheduling and follow-up on test samples. - Conduct various tests systematically in compliance with SOP. - Report Preparation: - Prepare various test reports with meticulous care and accuracy. Qualifications: - Required: - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Power Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. - 3 to 4 years of experience in power electronics products/module testing. - Preferred: - Ability to coordinate with production and product testing for new and existing product lines. - Familiarity with IEC and UL Standards is an advantage. Physical & Environmental Requirements: - Ability to work in hot and humid conditions. Travel Requirements: - 10% travel may be needed.
