R&D Testing Engineer

This position is responsible for ensuring samples, setting up tests, conducting those tests, and preparing reports. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with OHSMS (ISO 45001), EMS (ISO 14001), and QMS (ISO 9001) requirements in the lab and within the company. The R&D Testing Engineer will manage machine calibration and safety checks in the lab, tool inventory management, and maintain a 5S environment in the test lab at all times. The role requires providing prompt feedback and corrections for any deviations, managing manpower and document management, ensuring proper storage of both soft and hard copy documents, and adhering to the company's equal opportunity, cultural diversity, and anti-discrimination policies. Systematic testing in compliance with relevant SOPs and preparing accurate test reports are also essential duties.

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in power electronics products/module testing.

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

• Coordination with production and product testing of new and existing product lines.
• Familiarity with IEC and UL Standards is an advantage.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to work in hot and humid conditions.

Travel Requirement:

• 10% travel may be needed.
