R&D Testing Engineer

This position is responsible for ensuring samples, setting up tests, conducting tests, and preparing reports. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with OHSMS, EMS, and QMS requirements as per relevant ISO standards in the lab, managing machine and tools inventory, conducting various testing systematically with strict adherence to SOPs, and preparing test reports with utmost care and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring OHSMS requirements as per ISO 45001 in the lab
• Ensuring EMS requirements as per ISO 14001 in the lab
• Ensuring QMS requirements as per ISO 9001 in the lab
• Conducting machine calibration and safety checks in the lab
• Document management and proper storage of documentation
• Adhering to company policies regarding cultural diversity and prevention of harassment
• Knowledge in IEC 61439 -1&6, UL 857, and 60529 standards
• Creating and updating test plans, ensuring strict adherence to test scheduling
• Managing test sample follow-ups

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 3 to 4 years of experience in power electronics products/module testing

• Must be able to work in hot and humid conditions
