Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell ready properties directly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
- Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
- Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at real estate events.
- Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven Secondary sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred).
- Brokers seeking growth, mentorship, and structured development.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate business.
- Strong investment mindset and market understanding.
- Professional, ambitious, and performance-driven.
Languages
- Mandatory: English
- Preferred: Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu, French
