About the Role
We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals ready to relocate to Dubai and build a career in real estate. Opportunities are available across our Secondary, Off-Plan, and Commercial divisions for candidates from a range of target-driven backgrounds, including real estate, sales, recruitment, automotive, hospitality, and finance. This is a commission-only position, ideal for those financially prepared for relocation and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
You will not need prior knowledge of the Dubai property market, as you will join a business equipped with an experienced marketing team, access to leading property portals, and in-house personal branding support to help you establish yourself in the market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing client relationships
- Conducting property viewings
- Advising buyers, sellers, and investors
- Negotiating deals
- Managing transactions through to completion
As part of a broader multi-industry group, you will have access to a wider network and additional business opportunities spanning luxury cars, consultancy, marketing, holiday homes, and property management.

Requirements
- Currently based overseas and willing to relocate to Dubai
- Previous real estate experience is advantageous; strong sales experience will also be considered
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, professional, and target-driven
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only environment
- Resilient, proactive, and able to manage your own pipeline
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market is not essential
- UAE driving licence is not required prior to relocating
