Key Duties & Responsibilities

Property Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, and property investors.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company-provided leads.
- Promote residential and commercial property opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.

Property Consultation & Viewings
- Provide professional property consultations to prospective buyers and investors.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
- Coordinate client viewings and follow-up activities efficiently.

Sales Negotiation & Deal Closing
- Negotiate property offers and commercial terms with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and interested customers.
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to complete transactions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize successful property transactions.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners.
- Maintain accurate client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide timely updates on property availability and transaction progress.
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent service.

Market Knowledge & Sales Development
- Stay informed about Abu Dhabi property market trends, new developments, and project launches.
- Participate in property training, developer presentations, and sales meetings.
- Develop product knowledge of available property listings and investment opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and administrative teams.
- Maintain high professional and ethical standards throughout the sales process.
Requirements

Education & Experience
- Previous experience in real estate sales preferred (ideally at least one year).
- Candidates from automotive, banking, insurance, retail, hospitality, or other sales industries may be considered.
- Proven sales ability, negotiation skills, and confidence in closing transactions.
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi real estate market is advantageous.

- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin preferred.
- Multilingual candidates have an advantage.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers from diverse backgrounds.

- Monthly salary of AED 3,000–4,000.
- Attractive commission structure ranging from 35% to 60%, depending on performance and agreed commission plan.
