Real Estate Consultant ( European Market )

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Real Estate Consultants who have exposure to European client markets and possess strong international sales capabilities. The successful candidates will have a solid understanding of Dubai's property investment opportunities and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain international client relationships, particularly with European clients and international property buyers.
• Utilize strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market to advise clients on investment opportunities.
• Sell off-plan and secondary market properties to potential clients.
• Demonstrate and maintain a high level of sales performance and lead conversion.
• Negotiate contracts and facilitate successful transactions while providing excellent customer service.
• Stay updated with market trends and developments in the real estate sector in Dubai.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience.
• Proven experience dealing with European clients and international property buyers.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and investment opportunities.
• Experience selling off-plan or secondary market properties.
• Fluency in at least one European language, preferably German, Romanian, or Serbian.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused, and results-driven individual.
