Real Estate Consultant ( Off Plan Market )

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Consultant who possesses a strong understanding of Dubai's property market and developer projects, along with the ability to convert qualified leads into successful transactions. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the dynamic real estate landscape in Dubai, leveraging your expertise and established network to drive sales, particularly in off-plan property sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage and convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
• Utilize your understanding of Dubai's property market to advise clients and provide market intelligence.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers for ongoing business success.
• Stay updated on off-plan projects, payment plans, and launch strategies from major developers including Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Binghatti, Nakheel, and Dubai Holding.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and effective client relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in off-plan property sales.
• Proven experience selling off-plan projects in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including developers, projects, and payment plans.
• Established client network and demonstrated sales performance in real estate.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused, and results-driven.
