Real Estate Consultant (Secondary Market)

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Consultants with a comprehensive understanding of Dubai's resale market. Ideal candidates will possess established community knowledge and a demonstrated ability to generate leads, secure property listings, and close transactions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage resale transactions in the Dubai market.
• Handle buyers and sellers, including managing property listings and negotiations.
• Generate leads, acquire listings, and successfully close transactions.
• Leverage strong knowledge of Dubai communities, particularly Dubai Hills Estate, Meydan, and Dubai South, for market advantage.
• Utilize an established client network to promote sales and grow business.
• Assess property valuations, market pricing, and analyze comparable transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in the secondary market.
• Proven experience with resale transactions in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of Dubai communities and real estate dynamics.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Self-motivated and commercially focused with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a demonstrated capacity to build a client network.
