Responsibilities

• Engage with investors and convert leads into transactions.
• Present properties effectively, showcasing their features and benefits.
• Negotiate terms and close deals successfully.
• Understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable properties.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Build and maintain strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate or luxury sales.
• Proven record of engaging investors and achieving sales targets.
• Strong property presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• European language skills are preferred.
