About the Role
We are seeking a bright, analytical, and detail-oriented Reconciliations Analyst to join the Operations Control function during the build phase of a new financial markets infrastructure venture in Oman. Backed by prominent institutional investors, the business is developing a greenfield post-trade platform, and this role presents a unique opportunity to be part of establishing key reconciliation processes and financial controls critical to the infrastructure.
This position is suitable for someone early in their career with a foundation in financial services, risk, or financial control, who is eager to develop specialist experience in financial markets infrastructure. While prior reconciliation experience is beneficial, we value strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in financial controls.
You will be integral in supporting daily reconciliations of cash balances and securities, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records that underpin effective controls and audit requirements.
This role offers an opportunity to advance your career within a new financial markets infrastructure business, gaining exposure to essential post-trade operations and the controls that ensure the accuracy of financial records.
