About the Role
We are looking for a driven and highly organized Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us attract exceptional talent. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers across the business, you will support end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions and levels, focusing on proactive sourcing, candidate experience, and building high-quality talent pipelines. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who loves finding great people, can confidently manage multiple searches at once, and is excited to be part of a high-growth, founder-led beauty business. Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions, from sourcing and screening through to interviews, selection, and offer management.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, motivations, and cultural fit with the company.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, providing clear interview feedback and recommendations.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and hiring decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the preparation and management of offers, working closely with the wider People + Culture team to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment activity, and job requisitions within our Applicant Tracking System (Workable).
  • Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on pipeline activity and hiring timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and the overall candidate experience.
  • Support wider Talent Acquisition initiatives, projects, and employer branding activities as required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search, ideally within a fast-paced in-house or agency environment.
  • Strong hands-on sourcing experience with the ability to identify and engage passive talent across a range of functions and seniority levels.
  • Confident conducting candidate interviews and assessing both technical capability and culture fit.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities at the same time without compromising on quality or candidate experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System; Workable experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Passion for beauty and an interest in the company brand and culture is a plus.
