As a valued member of the MENA Experience Hire recruitment team, you will have the opportunity to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and identify talent in the market. We’re looking for a Senior Recruiting Analyst who will act as a key business partner to stakeholders by offering advice on best practices and defining a sourcing strategy to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes across your portfolio. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for defined/specific business areas, ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience while working independently to plan and deliver recruitment strategies with minimal supervision.

You’ll have the chance to:

  • Increase engagement with key business stakeholders by building and developing networks and relationships
  • Develop recruitment plans for experienced hires and mobilize resources for effective delivery
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies for specialist skill sets across various sub-service lines
  • Liaise with business units to understand requisitions, develop detailed job templates, and establish pre-screening criteria
  • Build relationships with external agencies to support candidate identification and sourcing
  • Engage with business stakeholders to involve them in the selection process, including assessments and interviews
  • Conduct discussions and review decisions regarding offer terms to achieve mutually agreeable conditions
  • Evaluate sourcing channels (both internal and external) using analytics in coordination with HR enablement and shared services
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 years of technology recruitment experience
  • 5 years of experience recruiting in the MENA region
  • Effective communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Established local network in KSA and UAE
  • Ability to direct source candidates
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite
  • High energy and a passion for recruitment
  • Consultancy experience is a big plus
