What Will You Be Doing?
You'll get hands-on exposure to the exciting world of recruitment, including:
- Talent Hunting: Source and headhunt potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
- Candidate Engagement: Connect with candidates, make recruitment calls, and conduct initial screenings.
- CV Screening: Review applications and shortlist suitable talent.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Recruitment Support: Manage job postings, candidate databases, follow-ups, and hiring trackers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to find the right talent.
Requirements
