Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, recruitment platforms, and professional networks.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and evaluate qualifications against job requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
- Support local and international recruitment activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory, both written and spoken.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Familiarity with UAE recruitment practices and employment regulations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
