Red Hat OpenShift Administrator / Specialist

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Red Hat OpenShift Administrator / Specialist to join our dynamic technology team in the KSA region. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift platform administration, Kubernetes orchestration, and Linux systems management, with a strong ability to design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade containerized environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, manage, and optimize Red Hat OpenShift environments across multiple clusters.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available containerized solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot complex OpenShift-related issues.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Contribute to automation initiatives, CI/CD pipeline enhancements, and operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes (installation, configuration, management).
• Strong expertise in Linux administration, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Proficiency in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Familiarity with container security, monitoring, and performance optimization techniques.
• Red Hat/OpenShift certifications such as RHCE, RHCA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability is required.
