Are you a highly skilled and experienced Red Hat Solution Architect with a strong command over OpenStack, OpenShift, Ansible, and DevOps methodologies? We are looking for a passionate technology leader to design, build, and optimize scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructures across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade solutions based on Red Hat OpenStack and OpenShift Container Platform.
- Develop and maintain automation playbooks using Ansible for deployment, configuration management, and orchestration.
- Lead the DevOps transformation initiatives using CI/CD pipelines and container-based platforms.
- Provide architectural oversight, best practices, and governance on cloud-native application deployments.
- Conduct platform lifecycle management, including upgrades, patching, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure with applications and middleware.
- Drive cloud modernization and migration strategies aligned with business goals.
- Act as a Red Hat SME for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical issues.
- Produce and maintain detailed design documents, SOPs, and technical standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in cloud & container platforms.
- Proven hands-on expertise in OpenStack and OpenShift environments (Installation, Configuration, Scaling, Troubleshooting).
- Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and related ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Ansible for IT automation and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
- Experience working with DevOps practices, microservices architecture, and containerization.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Red Hat Certifications (RHCE, RHCSA, EX280, EX210, etc.) are a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) (Mandatory).
- Experience in hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.
- Exposure to security hardening and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
