About the Job:
The Regional Application Leader supports Isolation Valve and Actuation opportunities across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain within the company Final Control. This role leads the regional application team while working closely with the sales organization as a technical advisor and product expert. The position focuses on enabling high-value customer solutions, supporting strategic business opportunities, and ensuring consistent technical excellence across the region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role offers a flexible working environment and strong cross-functional exposure.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional application team by setting clear priorities and performance measures.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align application support strategies with regional business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and validated solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Support key business opportunities by acting as a trusted technical advisor for Isolation Valve and Actuation products.
  • Work with engineering, product, and quality teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Convert maintenance and replacement inquiries into value-based solution opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and complete data in customer relationship systems.
  • Support effective order handover processes and participate in customer or internal kickoff meetings.
  • Lead technical presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations.
  • Drive competitive displacement initiatives.
  • Promote compliance with quality management systems and continuous improvement practices.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing, training, and collaboration to strengthen overall team capability.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies.

Who You Are:
You communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You build trust and strong relationships, applying sound judgment in decision-making while balancing customer needs with technical requirements. You demonstrate accountability and integrity, focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in mechanical, instrumentation, or a related engineering field.
  • Strong experience in application engineering, inside sales, or technical support within the valves and actuators industry.
  • Ability to lead and develop technical or application teams.
  • Solid understanding of isolation valve and actuation applications.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts into practical customer solutions.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with major valve or actuator manufacturers in regional or application leadership roles.
  • Exposure to Middle East customer environments and regional business practices.
  • Experience in supporting quality systems or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to communicate in Arabic.
