Regional Delivery Manager - CIS, Middle East & Africa (CISMEA)

Thales seeks a Regional Delivery Manager for the CISMEA region, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves being the primary point of contact for PAY Digital customers regarding projects and services. As the Regional Delivery Manager, you will drive project and service delivery to meet target time-to-market (TTM) and revenue margin objectives. You will lead a team of Project Managers, fostering their growth, performance, and alignment with business goals. Collaboration with regional sales and customer success teams will be essential for developing engagement strategies with customers and prospects, while also maintaining strong relationships with strategic PAY Digital customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading the Professional Services team, including Project Managers and Technical Integrators.
• Defining objectives, KPIs, and standardized processes for the team.
• Overseeing project delivery activities and ensuring alignment with global best practices.
• Acting as a key interface between regional sales, business teams, and corporate functions.
• Serving as the regional Crisis Management Leader and escalation point for delivery-related issues.
• Achieving regional KPIs and maintaining a financial tracker for project activities.

Minimum Requirements are:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in people management.
• Solid knowledge of PMP or other Project Management certifications.
• Fluent in Professional English; French is a plus.
• Experience in direct cooperation with international customers and teams.

Preferred Qualifications include:

• Master’s degree in computer science or related fields.
• PMI certification and experience working in cloud environments.
• Experience with SaaS models and digital payment solutions.
