Position

About the Role / About the Job
The company is committed to providing access to best-in-class treatments for patients with little to no treatment options. This mission underpins our focus on the discovery, development, and global commercialization of clinically differentiated medicines for those with rare diseases. The Regional Director will play a pivotal leadership role in establishing, shaping, and scaling the company’s presence in Saudi Arabia (KSA), one of the company’s key strategic priority markets. This role is responsible for developing and executing a market strategy that builds a strong and sustainable platform for long-term success, strengthens the company’s external profile, and positions the organization for meaningful growth and impact.
Beyond Saudi Arabia, the Regional Director will lead the company’s expansion across a broader cluster of important regional markets. Working cross-functionally, the individual will identify growth opportunities, navigate market complexities, build high-value stakeholder relationships, and drive execution of country-specific strategies that advance the company’s regional ambitions. This is a highly visible role requiring strategic leadership, commercial insight, and the ability to translate long-term vision into measurable business outcomes across a dynamic and evolving landscape.
