MEA is a vibrant and highly diverse region with big potential, constituting an important part of the head regional growth plan. What Will You Do?
As Regional Director for Middle East & Africa (MEA), you will lead a growing business with approximately €100 million in revenue and 70 employees. Your responsibility spans Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, HR, Finance & Sales Operations, with a focus on achieving our growth objectives while upholding our values.
- Drive business growth by executing the company and EMEA strategies while adapting them to regional requirements.
- Include budgetary and P&L responsibility, supported by a team of experienced managers.
- Ensure effective, attractive, and compliant operations across the business unit.
- Contribute to the development and success of the wider EMEA organization as a member of the EMEA Leadership Team.
- This role reports to the Vice President of EMEA.

You should be an excellent communicator and influencer who builds understanding, shares knowledge and achieves results with colleagues, partners, and customers.
Experience working in diverse, multicultural teams is important, as the role involves collaboration with EMEA leadership, the company headquarters, and regional offices in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, and South Africa. An understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and regional business practices is essential.

In addition, you should:
- Have a university degree in business management or a related field.
- Have more than 10 years of experience successfully leading people and managers in an international sales environment, preferably across several functions.
- Have a strong sales background, preferably in technology and an indirect sales model.
- Have experience with budgeting and P&L responsibility.
- Be fluent in English.
- Being fluent in a language spoken in MEA is an advantage.
